The design of the head office building for Thyro-care is based on modern office planning concepts.

Large office floor plates, common social breakout spaces and appropriate orientation form the basis of the design. The building is oriented to ensure shaded facades and maximum natural light.

Terraces are introduced at intermittent levels to act as courtyards and double up as community spaces. Intermittent and overlooking terraces are the core of the building design. These east facing terraces bring in soothing morning light and help cu-away the harsh afternoon light. The west facade has minimal opening to cut out the harsh afternoon sunlight.

A break in the mass of the building makes it look lighter and allows green spaces to break the massing. A slight tilt in the east facade adds to the drama in the building form, and also acts as a self-shading tool.
